As one of the first builders to commit to ecoHOME, H&H is expecting more builders to join the program quickly.
As a participating builder in the program, H & H Homes is excited to share the news that Southern Energy Management’s ecoHOME program has won the “Entrepreneurial Effort/Innovation Idea of the Year” at the Triangle Business Journal’s 2012 Clean & Green Awards. What does that mean? It means you have even more reasons to check out H&H Homes in your search for a new home in Fayetteville!
The ecoHOME program is a new home certification program for residential construction builders looking to build energy efficient, comfortable, healthier homes for their homeowners. Every ecoHOME is rated using the nationally-recognized HERS Index and must be distinguished as “going beyond minimum design standards in order to meet a higher level of indoor air quality and energy efficiency.”
Using green building strategies and features such as low “e” windows, high efficiency HVAC systems, higher standard water conservation measures, energy efficient lighting, and third party testing and verification set out by the ecoHOME program, H & H Homes is making the commitment to build your new home in Fayetteville above and beyond the standards. The ecoHOME program was started just this past July and H&H Homes is one of 13 builders to quickly adopt the program.
With such quick success, there will certainly be more builders to join the ecoHOME program. But besides the great eco-friendly initiatives, H&H Homes also includes some fantastic aesthetically pleasing features for your new home in Fayetteville. And keeping the homeowner in mind, they build cost efficient, low maintenance homes that not only fit your budget but fit your lifestyle.
