What Will You Do in This Role?
The Green Building Program Manager will work with developers, designers, and GC teams to successfully meet selected program standards. Tasks include:
- Manage Multifamily and Commercial building project types to facilitate Certifications such as: ENERGY STAR, EarthCraft, LEED and NGBS
- Track project progress across multiple platforms including updating Salesforce, G Suite, and Asana
- Communicate status reports, action item tracking, resource management, financial or cost tracking, and portfolio management/support
- Lead onsite project team meetings and inspections, travel/possible overnights typically 1-2 times per month
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience building certifications and green building and/or program management
- Proficiency in reviewing construction drawings for details and specifications
- Credentialed HERS Rater, LEED AP, NGBS Green/Master Verifier, and/or Green Globes Professional for multiple projects in multiple states
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams and meetings
- Background/education in building science (preferred), development, sustainability and/or construction
- An adaptable, team player who is willing to support the team and our mission!
