Home Innovation Research Labs has released a new version of their green building program, The National Green Building Standard (NGBS). NGBS will be transitioning from the 2012 version to the new “2015 NGBS” as of June 30, 2018. Southern Energy Management has reviewed the program changes and we’re prepared to help make this transition smooth and worry-free!
With fifteen NGBS Verifiers who have already been accredited to work with the new NGBS Standard, three NGBS Verifiers who have been recognized as 2017 NGBS Green Partners of Excellence, and two NGBS Master Verifiers we say this with confidence. We will help you navigate the changes between the current NGBS version (2012) and the new one (2015).
Our team of green verifiers is ready to begin certifying homes to the 2015 NGBS when the transition is made on June 30. In the meantime, please contact us with any questions.
