Camden Development asked SEM to serve as the third party verifier for this 300 unit garden style market rate community.  SEM staff utilized on-line meetings to provided plan reviews and pre-construction consulting with the project team.  We also monitored schedules with the site superintendent to assure timely inspections during construction.  Inspections where conducted on schedule even with the project located 600 miles from our home office. Attention to detail helped assure that all units achieved NGBS Silver level certification.
