About the Project
SEM was up to the challenge of this significant infill project in the heart of the Buckhead section of Atlanta. With 355 units and five floors of living space over a parking garage on an infill site, the construction schedule was challenging but SEM was on time for every needed inspection. NGBS Bronze certification proved to be an asset and never a hindrance in making this project a success for the developer, Crescent Communities.
