SEM was highly recommended to the project architect, Smith Gee Studio, by another firm we had worked closely with.  This 282 unit, NGBS Bronze, project is the cornerstone of the urban redevelopment of the former Werthen Mill site in Nashville, TN.  Having an experienced, reliable partner was critical to assuring the green building verification that was an important component of the projects philosophy.  SEM was involved every step of the way, working closely with both the architect and general contractor to assure success.
