Over 450 homes certified LEED-H Silver to date at this military based in Jacksonville, NC. SEM has been both the LEED for Homes Provider as well as Green Rater for all of these homes, streamlining the certification process. We have worked closely with project’s general contractor to synchronize site inspections with construction schedules thereby optimizing productivity and minimizing travel for onsite inspections. Our experience and capability is valuable to general contractors that are working with ambitious construction schedules and tight inspection timeframes.
