SEM fast-tracked project review and outlined needed steps to be taken for compliance with National Green Building Standard Certification Program. We provided communications with the entire project team to assure understanding and agreement with program standards and scopes to go forward. Close coordination with the general contractor and developer was essential to assuring project success without unnecessary delays.
