Lofts at Weston

SEM worked closely with the developer, Northwood Ravin, to assure successful green building certification for this 215 unit property located in a very desirable submarket in the Triangle Research Park area of NC.  SEM’s project manager was involved every step of the way including developing the green building project criteria, pre-construction meetings, site meetings and field walks, pre-drywall & final  inspections, and project documentation submittals for final certification.  SEM’s attention to detail, ongoing communications and professional execution is appreciated by developers and general contractors.
