About the Project
This 0n-campus housing development is the first LEED for Homes complex on Elon’s Campus, making Elon the first university in NC to have 6 LEED for Homes certified structures on its campus. SEM provided Energy Star Certification and performance testing for LEED-H certification for the project and worked with a complex project team effectively by assuring project objectives, responsibilities and deliverables were understood by all.
