Project funding for 48 units of affordable housing required compliance with multiple building performance programs including DOE Builders Challenge, EPA’s Energy Star for Homes, & USGBC LEED-H. As an approved provider and verifier performance programs for all 3 buildings, our broad experience and expertise helped to simplify the process for the project team. SEM streamlined verification and documentation processes and managed the submissions for all program requirements.  This eliminated unnecessary work on the part of the general contractor and sub trades.
