Code Testing
SC Energy Codes require that all new homes meet certain performance benchmarks for duct leakage and blower door testing. We work with builders across the Carolinas to make code compliance less of a hassle. HERS Ratings
Commonly referred to as the “MPG” of a home, the RESNET HERS Index is the industry standard by which a home’s energy efficiency is measured. Our certified HERS Raters can measure the energy efficiency of your new construction homes so you can communicate potential energy savings and benefits to your buyers!
