Wendell Falls is a 3,348-home planned community featuring extremely energy efficient options for their homes. Southern Energy Management was featured in the Green Builder Magazine July-August 2018 issue in an article about these homes. The project is designed to be sustainable, and are intended to be 23 percent more energy efficient than other homes in the surrounding area. The plan is to show that net-zero homes can be both affordable, and environmentally friendly.
The Wendell Falls project builder, Homes by Dickerson, partnered with us here at Southern Energy Management to maximize the efficiency of these homes while keeping the price at an affordable rate. These homes at Wendell Falls have gone through testing, and checked off numerous standards in order to assure their excellence.
