The Park Court Apartments redevelopment shows what’s possible when performance, design, and community come together. This once-aging property has been transformed into a high-performance, affordable housing community that’s healthier, more comfortable, and built to last.
Through collaboration with TightLines Designs and the Goldsboro Housing Authority, our Multifamily & Commercial Services team at Southern Energy Management guided Park Court from concept to certification; achieving LEED v4.1 Gold and ENERGY STAR® V3.0 certifications.

Park Court’s upgrades deliver tangible savings and comfort for residents through:

- Enhanced insulation and air sealing, verified through third-party testing
