Solar
Our solar team supports homeowners and businesses through system design, installation, and ongoing maintenance and repair. In 2025, solar continued to play a growing role in our overall impact.
- 387 solar systems installed in 2025
- 2,908 total solar systems installed to date
- 38 battery systems deployed
- 7.7 million pounds of CO₂ avoided through residential solar projects
- 681,618 kWh saved annually through new residential solar systems
Over the lifetime of a typical residential solar system, homeowners can expect to save approximately $48,800, while reducing long-term energy use and emissions.
Builder Energy Services
Through our work with builders, we help ensure new homes meet energy code, perform efficiently, and deliver long-term savings to homeowners.
In 2025, Builder Energy Services delivered:
- 19,682 homes rated
- 142.6 million pounds of CO₂ avoided
- Nearly 80 million kWh of energy saved through efficiency improvements
- $10.7 million in first-year energy savings
- Average first-year savings of $545 per home
This work supports both compliance and performance, helping builders deliver homes that are more efficient from day one.
Multifamily & Commercial Energy Services
Our Multifamily and Commercial Energy Services team works with developers, property managers, and building owners to improve performance at scale.
In 2025, this work included:
- 28,257 apartment units certified
- 175.1 million pounds of CO₂ avoided
- 115 million kWh of energy saved
- $15.4 million in first-year energy savings
- Average annual savings of $546 per household
These projects reduce operating costs while improving efficiency across entire communities.
