Southern Energy Management (SEM) has been named one of Viridiant’s trusted partners to continue delivering EarthCraft and green building certification services for multifamily projects across the region.
As Viridiant refocuses its work toward consulting, policy, and training, SEM will take the lead on many of their existing and upcoming multifamily certification projects — ensuring that builders and developers experience a smooth transition and reliable technical support moving forward.
