What is Haven?

The Haven solar shelter, developed by Spotlight Solar, integrates solar panels into a table, providing shade and charging stations for phones, laptops, and other devices. With 16 charge points powered by 1.6kW of solar capacity and built-in battery storage, Haven is designed to offer a covered space to take a break from the indoors while powering devices with clean, abundant energy from the sun.

How Does Haven Work?

Haven captures solar energy during the day
The solar energy is stored in a set of batteries
The batteries are used to charge devices from the built-in outlets
Once the sun sets, the batteries power the shelter’s lights
