1. We will use a set of plans to perform a detailed Computer Analysis, which will help us identify the most cost-effective ways to maximize efficiency.

2. We will communicate the results of our analysis and help you choose the best options for your specific situation.

3. We will provide detailed ENERGY STAR framing, insulation, electrical, painting and HVAC specifications.

4. We will provide a list of pre-qualified contractors who have been fully trained on Energy Star specifications. You may choose to work with these contractors, or not.

5. If necessary, we will train your subcontractors to meet the ENERGY STAR standards.

6. We will perform on-site inspections and performance testing throughout the building process to ensure the quality and efficiency of the finished home.

7. We will issue an ENERGY STAR certificate and contact the utilities provider to inform them that the home has qualified for any available ENERGY STAR discounts.
